Although many of our items are typically in stock products, stocked across the country, we are in unprecedented times with product delays, supply chain and transportation issues. Shipping is usually initiated within 3 to 7 business days of the receipt of a completed order, (one in which the payment has been made or credit approved, any shipping or installation quotations acknowledged and approved, and no outstanding questions or issues are unresolved).
Special orders will require an additional amount of time, (usually 3 to 5 weeks) and are non-cancellable. Transit times depend on the relative distances from the various shipping points as well as the carriers used.
We provide tracking information which enables you to track your order on-line and obtain an estimated arrival date. Transit time usually runs 3 to 10 business days depending on your proximity to the shipping origin.
Drop or dock shipping to your house or facility is included, unless the specific manufacturer is passing on the residential delivery or liftgate (a liftgate gets the product off of the truck) fees from the carriers. We can usually arrange for inside delivery at an additional cost. Any additional freight or inside delivery fees are charged at our cost from the carriers without a mark-up. We ship only within the Continental U.S. Please note that if you are outside of this area, our customer's have used freight forwarders within the Continental U.S. to obtain their products.
All items are sent F.O.B. shipping point. We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged or defective parts. Please carefully examine items upon receipt. Refusal of delivery could cause delays in getting satisfactory product. It is best to accept delivery of products and sign the receipt given to you by the delivery person noting any damages or shortages you see. If the cartons are damaged in any way, please note this as well. On the Ready-To-Assemble products, we can almost always send replacement parts quickly. (These include items from Bestar, Bush, and some other suppliers). Please save the damaged cartons and email us promptly. Reimbursements for assembly costs incurred are not covered by us. Please note: We do not collect sales tax on orders from Customers outside of Ohio. Nor do we report sales information to any entities outside of Ohio. If your taxing authority should levy sales tax funds at a later date, you will have to assume liabilities for this occurence.
