The lumbar support built into the design of the back is flexible and reshapes itself to match and support the user's body profile.
Sliding seat depth adjustment.
Height and width (WA) adjustable GL arms. Arm caps are soft to the touch Self Skinned Urethane (SSU). Arm caps are depth adjustable (slide forward and backward) to suit user preference.
Vari-Width (WA) Width Adjustable Arm Extensions are standard, allowing the arms to move away from the seat by 2" on each side to allow space if desired for broader hip widths.
Five legged, injection molded, fiberglass reinforced, nylon "Governor" base.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Global warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original end user owns the product or 25 years in the case of a corporate end user. Some time limits apply to certain parts and components. For detailed conditions, refer to the Global current published Price List.

Free Shipping is DOCK DELIVERY.

Drop Shipping does not include a lift gate (NOTE: a lift gate gets the product off the truck, some orders are shipped on a pallet) and must be added at check out if you do not have a dock or we are shipping to a residence. You can also add over the 1st threshold as an option, lift gate must be included, and requires the carrier to bring through the door. We can usually arrange an inside delivery and installation to a particular office suite at an additional cost. Please contact our office via email at sales@furniturewholesalers.com to obtain a quote for these additional services. (This must be arranged before or at time of order, we do not mark up our cost).

Shipping is usually initiated within 3 to 7 business days of the receipt of a completed order, (one in which the payment has been made or credit approved, any shipping or installation quotations acknowledged and approved, and no outstanding questions or issues are unresolved). Special orders will require an additional amount of time, (usually 3 to 5 weeks). Transit times depend on the relative distances from the various shipping points as well as the carriers used. We provide tracking information which enable you to track your order on-line and obtain an estimated arrival date. Transit time usually runs 3 to 10 business days again dependant on your proximity to the shipping origin.
