    Bestar Furniture Warranty

    Bestar products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship in the furniture. "Defect" as used in this warranty refers to any imperfections which impair the use of the product.

    This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of furniture components. Bestar will repair or furnish a replacement component, subject to availability of stock, if the component is deemed defective within the terms of the warranty. Assembly labor is not included.

    This warranty applies under conditions of normal use and does not cover the defects resulting from negligence, misuse, unreasonable exposure, or if the product has been modified by the purchaser.

    Bestar reserves the right to request proof of purchase as well as other proof to document a warranty claim. 
    This warranty is not transferable.

    Bestar warranty is applicable in Canada and USA only.

    Free Shipping is DOCK DELIVERY.

    Drop Shipping does not include a lift gate (NOTE: a lift gate gets the product off the truck, some orders are shipped on a pallet) and must be added at check out if you do not have a dock or we are shipping to a residence.  You can also add over the 1st threshold as an option, lift gate must be included, and requires the carrier to bring through the door. We can usually arrange an inside delivery and installation to a particular office suite at an additional cost. Please contact our office via email at sales@furniturewholesalers.com to obtain a quote for these additional services. (This must be arranged before or at time of order, we do not mark up our cost).

    Shipping is usually initiated within 3 to 7 business days of the receipt of a completed order, (one in which the payment has been made or credit approved, any shipping or installation quotations acknowledged and approved, and no outstanding questions or issues are unresolved). Special orders will require an additional amount of time, (usually 3 to 5 weeks). Transit times depend on the relative distances from the various shipping points as well as the carriers used. We provide tracking information which enable you to track your order on-line and obtain an estimated arrival date. Transit time usually runs 3 to 10 business days again dependant on your proximity to the shipping origin.
